Manual /Semi-automatic powder coating line :

This model Semi-automatic /manual powder coating line include powder coating booth with overhead rail , overhead rail support frame , overhead rail support frame powder curing oven .

The work process :

1.Loading the work piece on the overhead rail of powder coating booth .

2.The worker coating the work piece at the inside of the powder coating booth .

3.Finished powder coating ,move the overhead rail support frame go into powder coating oven .

4.Push the overhead rail support frame go into the oven to heat about 20-30 mins (the time according the work piece need ) .

5. Cooling the work piece 15 pcs , unloading the work piece .

This design advantage :

1. It is suitable for longer products , look like aluminum profile ,light post,steel board etc .The length about 3-6ms .

2. It only need two worker to operate .

3.It can not miss every dead angle .

4.It can keep the work shop clean .

Bridge Structure Oven

Bridge structure oven has advantage in the saving energy because of its structure. Heater will be kept in the upper of the oven, and the air curtain at the both end of the oven helps to prevent the heated air from escaping.

Floor- Mounted Structure Oven

Easier space especially height needed;

Adjustable opening sizes helps to prevent the heaters escaping as most as they can.

Diesel, natural gas, LPG, Electric heating, and infrared catalytic heating are available.
